About me:

Amanda Lewis, LCPC, CADC, is dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome trauma, addiction, and life’s most difficult challenges. With a deep belief in the power of healing and resilience, Amanda provides a safe and supportive space where people can rediscover their strength, learn new skills, and embrace wholehearted living.

Amanda brings years of experience in behavioral health, specializing in trauma-focused care and recovery support for trauma, mental health and addiction challenges. As a clinical supervisor and practicing clinician, she is passionate about integrating evidence-based practices with compassion, ensuring that each client receives services tailored to their unique journey.

At the heart of Amanda’s work is the belief that healing is possible for everyone. She views her role not just as a clinician, but as a partner who walks alongside clients as they move from surviving to thriving.

When she isn’t working with clients, Amanda enjoys contributing to her community, spending time in Idaho’s outdoors, and continuing her own growth through professional learning and personal reflection.

Expertise:

I have worked in the counseling field as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor, focusing specifically on treating individuals and families that have been directly impacted by addiction since 2006.

In the more resent years, I have expanded my professional development and have found my passion for working with children and adolescents who are impacted by trauma, toxic stress and an array of other adverse experiences.

My Approach/Philosophy:

I use a trauma-focused approach which is incorporated into multiple theoretical orientations and interventions which are tailored to meet the needs of the individual I am working with.

What do you love about Restoring Hope?

My favorite thing about being a part of Restoring Hope is the opportunity to envision, create and design a life changing program with my two closest friends, my business partners.

of those who dare to make dreams into reality."  ~Jonas Salk
