My name is Lauren! I grew up in Washington and moved to Boise many years ago and have loved living here. I graduated from Boise State with my B.S. in Social Science, emphasizing Psychology and Sociology. I am in the process of earning my Master's in Counseling at Northwest Nazarene University. I have a deep love for people and being able to connect with others on a meaningful level. I value meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they grow into the people they want to be. I believe in emphasizing growth and empowering others to make meaningful changes for themselves.
When I am not working or in school, I love all things outdoors. I love going for hikes and walks with my pup, soaking up the sunshine, swimming, paddle boarding, and enjoying picnics at the park. I play lots of board and card games and am always happy to do art projects!
