Community Supports
At Restoring Hope Healing from Trauma and Addiction, our Community Supports Department is here to help individuals and families build stability, independence, and lasting wellness. These services are hands-on, practical, and designed to complement counseling and therapy. Our Community Supports team provides Case Management, CBRS, and TBS to help individuals and families build stability, strengthen daily living skills, and overcome emotional or behavioral challenges.
Case Management (CM)
Our Case Managers walk alongside clients to reduce barriers and connect them with vital resources. This may include housing, healthcare, employment, financial support, or education. With guidance and advocacy, Case Management empowers clients to access opportunities, improve stability, and move toward self-sufficiency.
Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS)
CBRS helps individuals strengthen their daily living and coping skills. Specialists provide one-on-one support in the home and community to build skills such as organization, time management, communication, and self-care. These services are individualized, strengths-based, and focused on helping clients improve independence and overall quality of life.
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)
TBS is a short-term, focused service designed to support children, adolescents, and their families with emotional and behavioral challenges. Through therapeutic activities and structured interventions, specialists help clients develop healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior patterns. Parents and caregivers are supported in reinforcing these skills at home, creating a foundation for lasting change.
